Malis was watching Angela with anger in his eyes. He was to tired to move. Nana was tiered and didn't feel anything.

Angela photographs every mer in the pool, making charts for them and commenting things like "oh a cecaelia, how nice!" and "what a nice looking tail, the guests will love you". when she's done, she sets the files down, putting the camera back in the drawer. "i'll just leave you all to sleep it off and i'll come back to have you placed once you're awake." she says, pulling a folder out of her filing cabinet and leaving the room.

the moment she's gone, i scrape my claws against the metal floor of the pool, stressed. beside me, Gabriel is completely asleep, curled up clinging to my tail like a newborn pup. i try to shake him awake, but he wont wake up and in the end i just pry him off of my tail and rest him in my lap, with him latching onto me the moment he can.

"what are we gonna do" she says moving towards them "we need to think fast" she insisted

I look around barley keeping my eyes open i slowly start relasing my girp on nella and Tenebris as i sli more underneath the water falling asleep .....

She sat next to him protectively just incase that crazy lady come back, as this happened thoughts ran threw her head 'why would humans do this they have been so friendly for years?! what are they gonna do to us now?' she thought

Alexander weakly looked at the human with his storm grey eyes and weakly whimpred as the camera flash hurt his eyes [think of his eyes like night vision mask sudden night lights hurt and temporarily blind him] and in his distress he grabbed the arm of Georgia's wrist and the mer next to him. Georgia long blonde hair covered her face unfortunately because she had the longest hair out of all the Mers it made it difficult for Angela to photograp her dispite this it seemed Georgia was unconscious enough to move around and shift she also seemed the weakest at the moment

after awhile, the affects of the drug wear off, and we are able to swim around and be awake again. Gabriel, however, does not leave my lap on account of not want to be separated. Angela does not return to the room, but a young woman with red hair does come in with a bucket of fish, which she tips into the water for us before leaving again.
