So she is a medical assistant? Also, I doubt she could hide she is an entity, because they do a security check when hiring.

Ok, first off, this is a sci-fi, and that is fantasy. Secondly, that is so OP she might as well just crane the building. And finally, you already have an OP character, so having two you basically could just end the roleplay instantly.

Yes, which would mean no wolf au'ra or galaxy queen. She could still be allied with Exe, but no galaxy queen, ok?
