Nightcloud

Nightcloud found a tree and used the shadow to camouflage herself. That was one good thing about her dark coat; she could hide almost anywhere.

Shadowclaw continued walking. He was nearing the tree Nightcloud had hidden behind, and smelled her. He didn't tense, and didn't call her out, but continued, knowing he could beat any can in single combat.

Nightcloud

Nightcloud waited for the kittypet to pass her. For some reason, she wanted to see what house he would go to.
Or houses.
Nightcloud shook off the thought; even though she was a rebel at heart, she would never go as far as to be a twoleg lover.

(Yeah, new cat incoming.)
Suddenly, a huge, scarred orange she-cat wearing a Bloodclan collar padded up to Shadowclaw from the side.
"Shadow, you left us. You have no right to come this way."

Shadowclaw
"Terror, it is good to see you're as bitter as ever. I'm not going to be here long. And if you try to stop me, you'll find my claws are as sharp as ever."

Terror
"Get out!" Terror hissed, her fur standing on end and her claws out.

Shadowclaw
"Don't try me. You'll lose, just like every other time."

Terror lunged, swiping a paw, claws extended, at his head. Shadowclaw dodged and went under her, scoring her belly with claws that had dogs' teeth as reinforcement. They cut deep, and he was spattered with blood as Terror gasped. Then he jumped straight up between her hind legs and flipped her over, and was on her chest, teeth fastened in her throat in a moment.

"I yield!"

Nightcloud

Nightcloud watched the battle with slight interest. It was pretty dull though; 'Terror' had no brains. Otherwise she would have expected that coming.
Nightcloud almost went to go taunt the cat before remembering that she was supposed to be hiding. Scolding herself, Nightcloud settled back into her hiding spot.

(Yeah. Mine. Besides, Terror is the size of a badger, and can smash a cat's skull with one blow...
Shadowclaw is the epitome of her weakness. She's strong and slow, he's light and fast.)

Shadowclaw stepped away from Terror, and she said, "So who's your friend behind the tree?"

I held back a small hiss in annoyance, moving to behind a bush. I should have never picked such an open spot. After I had moved, I snapped back at the cat. "I'm not his friend. He's a kittypet."

Shadowclaw
"I'm no kittypet. I was born one, yes, but at the tender age of one moon, I was todsed out like old bathwater. Naturally, I was found by Bloodclan, and raised by them. Eventually, I left for the forest, and have only been back once before. No, I am no kittypet. But then, neither am I Bloodclan. I am Willowclan, and that is the way it will be."
Shadowclaw was outwardly calm, but his words were spiked with rage.
(If you want Nightpelt to get jumped, have her keep insulting Shadowclaw. Otherwise, she'd be wise to let it go.)

"Oh? Then why do you still continue to visit them?" Nightcloud replied, making sure to add a little bit of genuine interest into her voice. Then she moved positions.

"I'm going to visit the cat that raised me, the closest thing I have to a mother."
