Pretty much, shes just comes from a different father (that I failed to mention), so she isnt a full blood. And she doesnt act anything like one. So I guess?

I thought it would be interesting for her- also, I kinda wanted to give her a family who, despite being Icewings/in the military, are just over protective and love their little sister.

(Yes, she is, but shes planning on retiring while shes ahead- also, I chose to harden the Rainwings a bit, making them a lot more terrifying.)
