Scias and X? Definitely.
X probably more so, but he doesn't talk much about it.
He's basically like a step removed from being their leader since he's the one that built their Council in attempts to save their planet along with a few other Daarizi but only him and his twin brother Axis are still around to talk about it. Makes it funny because I like to meme that he ruins everything, but in this case he actually did.

He's had a really rough life honestly which explains a lot about him. Even now I'm still working out his dynamic with Axis (now that we got done with his villain arc and he's just been chilling with us as an AI for a few arcs because X didn't want to kill an 'innocent' past version of him)
He definitely cares for him and everyone else, but he's been kicked so hard at this point he just chooses to play first officer on a ship instead of ever going back to deal with Proxima personally because he can't really face the mess he's made without feeling like his good intentions almost killed everyone.

I don't know how X became a 'serious' character over the course of 2 years, but he did and honestly just makes me love him more.

I really like the fatherly touch you have given him. It suites him well. All of the drama in his past makes him a super interesting rp character. Quiet lovable indeed.

He already has to deal with a machine god leading his species his brother made pinging into his head with existential questions on morality halfway across space and calling him Dad. If it was anyone else, they would have lost it.
For Scias, he basically just took him under his wing when no one else would because of his past as Aesis. And it's interesting in a way for me because Aesis was the guy who tried to basically destroy X's life work (with good intentions, but poor understanding of what it was meant to do)
