She sort of scanned the area for signs of life. There are people on edge of town! Go help evacuate them. Ill be there in a second.

(where is everyone currently, all I saw mention of was a trapdoor, so would they be visible from the town center assuming they can see him?)

Scias caught sight of Sani and Corasi and swallowed hard. He was fairly sure they could see him as well, but not the pained expression on his face. Corasi clearly had no intentions of leaving this place and if she hung around too long, any of the still roving Exterminators around here would make quick work of her.
Against his better judgement, he approached her, keeping the barrel of his rifle lowered, and leading with a bit of a disarming joke.
"Funny, looks like you picked the wrong colony to hang around in."

She answered with the same tone. Funny, seems like you want to destroy the wrong colony. Anyway, if you want to live I suggest you come with me. Even if you are a mercenary, that ship will not stop for you. She smiled up at him, waiting for a response.
