With a sad sigh, Solita began to close her shop. Even with the money she brought in from thieving, it was becoming hard to keep her flower shop open. She was considering closing the shop and telling her brother she planned to move. She believed it would bother him little. He had never cared much before, his job came first. She closed the door to her shop and quietly left. She slowly made her way through the street towards the woods.

Kenward stood up. He quickly left to head home. As far as he was aware, there was no business needing his attending to, so why stick around?

Mel impatiently rapped his foot on the ground. Solita was running late. He looked down at his dogs who had finished eating and were gathering around him. He sat down so he could easier pet them. He needed to tell her that they were planning to move the camp soon to a more hidden location as they feared the rangers might be close to finding their current residence. His dogs could tell he was a bit uneasy.

Kida Rode up beside the grounded ranger a normal bouncy smile and peppy posture making her stand out in the rangers all about " Hiya! Get a new squeaky toy today or are you still ' waiting for the legend' " she said slightly mocking but all in good fun as Romen whinnied and Nuzzled Kenwards Head

Kenward laughed a bit. No Kida, not yet. No one lives up to my expectations. At least, no one eligible. He returned. He pet Romens head. He liked his occasional run-ins with Kida. He was never quite sure what she was up to but she sure was friendly. She kind of reminded him of his sister.

Solita walked into camp. Her eyes were focused at the floor. Mel ran up to her. He was about to explain everything about moving camps but stopped. She looked at him after a few moments. She was clearly not in a good mood.

Mel could tell she was not happy. He walked her over by the fire. What is wrong my dearest? He asked. She suddenly gave him a strange smile. I am fine Mel, and I am not your dearest. She cooed. The dogs walked over to her. She kissed each of their heads. Mel was surprised by her strange change in behavior. He had never seen her sad before but then she just quickly changed. He wanted to ask, though he did not. She was one of the very few he cared for. So he just sat, in silence, waiting for her to open up if she wished to.

Well Kida, that is exactly what I mean. There are people who live up to my expectations but because of certain things, I could not choose them. Dont get me wrong, if I could, I most definitely would take you on as an apprentice but I am afraid I cant, now can I? Kenward said. He smiled at her.

Mel sighed. He was a bit jealous of those dogs at times. They were closer to getting a date with Solita than he ever was. He shook his head. Oh right. Solita, we will be moving camp here soon. There is a cave system nearby that will be much easier to defend and keep hidden from those rangers. He stated.

Kida rolled her eyes " yeah the dumb boys club rule doesn't do much for the Rangers does it..." she said remembering her time as an apprentice, she was ashamed she had to leave once one of the other ranges found out, and the thought made a almost remorseful expression cross her face. " Heck if they would let me stay I would have been a ranger by now" she said half joking ruffling Romans fore lock to distract herself.

Kenward nodded. Ya.. he mumbled. He gave Roman one last pet. I have to get going. he said gently. He bowed a bit then slowly began to walk away.
Solita giggled. Perfect! she sang. Mel was still confused by her strange change in emotions. He straightened up a bit. On to other business. There is a wagon that is supposed to be leaving town today with some rather rich looking people in it. I was hoping you could take care of it for me. he said. She giggled. On it! she cried as she ran off.
