"Okay, Josh, hold her, I'll get water. She needs to drink some and lie down for a while." Nicole ran off.

"Uh- okay?" Josh stuttered. He was shaking but did his best to hold Lani.

When sirens were finally sounding, Mav rushed over to the two of them. "What happened?"

Lani rubbed her eyes, but that didn't do anything. The last thing she heard before passing out was sirens.

"Lani saw the.. the body," was all Josh could come up with at the moment. As she fell completely limp he lifted her up completely. Nicole rushed back to them, holding the water.

Maveric nodded. "She never was good with stuff like that." Lani had actually wanted to be a spy too, but once she knew what mostly happened, she opted out

"Is she conscious?" Nicole asked. Kids had flooded out of their dorms after the shouting. Other students had begun to gather around, and staff members were trying to push them back. "Oh god..."

The police arrived and told everyone to stand back. They took the body and when they saw Lani, they took her to a strecher, just to be safe. One of the policemen asked the three kids if they were okay.

"We're fine." Nicole began, nodding her head. "We just heard a scream."

"Maveric and I were in here when we saw the body on the ground." Josh managed to choke out, still kind of in shock.

"Alright. We'll bring you in tomorrow to testify." And with that, the cops and EMTs left.

"Thanks." Nicole said, smoothing her hair back to keep herself looking calm and collected. 'We should go back to our rooms, and after a few minutes we all need to be out to go check on Lani. Just freshen up," she commanded, her voice authoritative.

"On it." Mav drug Josh along behind him. "You never question her when she gets like that. Or else you suffer. Talkin from personally experience," he said, joking
