"Gekkei Ken- wait, Kekkei Genkai?" Mira repeated, accidentally mixing up the order of the words at first. "Hmm... I... kinda, I guess? It's some sort of special family ability, right?" Mira guessed, gently tossing a few shurikens over to Melody as she grabbed a few for herself to start practicing.

(I made up Mira's kekkei genkai, i called it mizushifuto which basically means 'water shifter' which allows her body to go into a liquid state, and Kitit's forum mentioned something about being able to see aura's so I just assumed that's what their's is)

(You know there actually something in Naruto that fits your description. :D It's the Hydrification Technique that belongs only to the Hozuki Clan in Kirigakure(The Village Hidden in the Mist) , But sure you can call it that. Just telling you to notify you about it.)

"I- I think so and if I remember correctly, there are some clans in Konohagakure that have Kekkai Genkai." He said with some uncertainty. Catching the tossed shurikens as he started to practice.

"That sounds cool! We should definitely look more into it, maybe we can try to get information and jobs from them, two birds with one kunai" Mira said with a grin, launching a shuriken, which completely missed the target. "Dangit! I'm so bad at throwing these stupid, tiny things" Mira grumbled

"I told with those" she grab one thew it at a log making it stay in the log"and I love my axes more"

"Well... alright... I need more practice though, they're just too small for me to really throw well" Mira grumbled. "Anyways, do you have any idea as to what you might want to get for Amie? I think you left while we had the conversation, but the four of us decided to get Amie something on graduation" Mira explained
