Question, Flute, I'm getting a jap 3ds. Would it register Us 3ds friend codes? I'm not to used to 3ds, but I've heard they are region locked, so...I'm not sure if I can add you guys and you guys can add me...

X: I guess I'll find that out on my own~ hopefully I can understand what the 3ds is saying XD I've nvr learnt japanese... At all. I'm starting today so I don't get confused though XD fortunately kanji should be easy~ annnnd I can't play lol till hols come ): so sad ><
