since when does mcu count as canon? the comics existed long, long before the mcu, and in the comics he's never been married to her, BUT a female tony has been and is, married to cap , I thought the point of rp was being able to do what one wants, if youre going to allow people to just randomly make up kids for characters, and allow a person to basically forget that wanda is in a relationship with vision, I should be able to rp Tony as I see fit

I realize that the MCU has all but married Tony and Pepper but are we using the MCU? Or this is just a random timeline we have made up? I figured it was the later, especially as the point is making up kids who are not cannon of these characters. Yes, i have asked Shellhead already if it was okay and was given permission. We don't have to follow the comics, we don't have to follow the MCU either. I feel I owe it to the character to stay true to his fundimentals but like Shellhead pointed out, Tony and Steve marry in one comic-verse so it is not out of character.

This is based more off the movies because I don't know how many people have read the comics. You can do whatever you want. This is a completely made up timeline. Just don't go comparing everything to the movies and comics. I haven't read all of them or seen all of them. I just wanted to make sure you had checked with Shellhead about the dating thing, because it's my duty to do so. I don't know if you already pmed them. I also didn't know there was a comic verse where they get married. I actually think that's downright cute.

Shellhead and i are some pretty big comic nerds so we know some stuff. There is too many out there to know everything about every last character and timeline. Sadly the comic-verse with the adorably married Cap and Tony is brief, but it is there. Totally get using more of an MCU timeline as most people have seen just the movies. Personally, though, I dislike Pepper and Tony. She is just...too demanding? Too unyielding? She wants to put him in this bubble she deems safe and gets upset with him when he has to go safe the world. Because it is a need. Sure, Tony and Steve squabble but not nearly as bad as Tony and Pepper. Even civil war was more shock then actual anger, in my opinion.

I do have to say, Tony and Pepper was a ship I didn't expect to have been given a go to sail. I'm still really behind in the fandoms though. I will catch up.... someday. There's a lot of ships that shouldn't sail.... like Thorki.

I apologize for my earlier tone, I was just shocked by being told I had to do something I wasn't comfortable doing ( IE having pepper and tony as a couple, when I see them as more like close friends )
I agree with the part about Thorki , that just.. its not my cup of tea , but then again neither is stucky

I like their ship names because they're fun to say, but I stop there. They are, in Thor and Loki's case, brothers with a very brotherly relationship, nothing more. Then Stucky.... they're best friends. That's just weird.
