I wake suddenly with a soft yowl. I quickly get up and look around. I stretch with a sigh, relaxing. It seems I had fallen asleep in the hunting tunnels. I don't smell badger anymore so I continue to wander down the hunting tunnel.

Finch, finished cleaning the moss, began looking around for any small mice or bugs that had crawled into the camp, and pounced on a mouse.


"How did you get in here, little thing? Too late, anyways!" He picked up the mouse and took it to the hunting tunnels, setting it down and letting it dash away.

"Next time I won't be so merciful!" He called after it before walking back to the youth's den, coughing all the way there.

Arico dashed into Finch, looking to the side, her blind side was facing his way so she didn't see him. She squeaked as she bumped into him, dropping her leaf.

"Oof!" Finch fell backwards, and landed before having a coughing fit.

"Are -cough- you okay?! -cough-" He asked, getting back to his feet.

She nodded, getting a good look at her den mate. She stood up, shaking her pelt and offered to help him out, "H-Hello! Sorry, i should've been looking where I was going" she squeaked happily

Finch looked over and used his tail to push the leaf over to her.

"I think you -cough- dropped this!"

She nodded happily, picking it up in her mouth, not realising that Finch wasn't feeling well. She stuck her tail in the air happily, "Thank you!"

"No problem!" Finch stated, happy to see another youth.

"So, uh, where are you going?"

"To find Delinqua to show her this thing!" she purred happily

"Oh! I think Delinqua left for something! I'm sorry!" Finch said.
