Hey! I have a couple of the things you want, and I'm hoping I can get some of your more expensive frost essences. (Are they called Premium frost Essences? DUNNO.)
I have:
The full set of Neried's Shell Staffs from Black Friday (worth 250 dia) (Would like to keep at least 1 from the set, maybe not)
Flower Flapper Attire (Twilight)
Wispy Bunny Sprites (Twilight) (pretty tentative.)

Well if i priced all those ones on the low end at 800K each which equals 4 mil, so if i did my math right i would like:
3 premium frost essences (750K each = 2.25 mil)
10 Medium Packages of Snow (140k each = 1.4 mil)
5 Assorted Snow Building Trinkets (65K each = 325K)
1 Large Package of Snow (25K)
(if i added all those correctly it should equal to 4 mil exactly)

I let myself correct your list a bit so it doesn't contain anything I already have or am not really interested in right now. hope you don't mind.
all of those prices are kinda random, so feel free to correct me if you feel that some prices are wrong.
phantom feline - wisp - ~500k?
baby faelora - reindeer, arctic - ~100k each? (okay, those are based on the broker prices)
mossy wood nymph robes - ~250k?
armor of rolling storms - ~150k?
lucky bulbori circlet - ~50k?

Premium Frost Essences are sold for 750k each.
I believe that nereid shell staff pack consisted of 4 items, which makes 62.5 diamonds per one, or about 150k gold per one.
depending on how much you value the other items for, you can decide how many staves you could trade.
