She snorted, "you call yourself a fire type?" She said and performed a week, yet perfect fire spin. She wasn't a fan of the move. She liked physical moves like flame charge. Although her special attacks were great too.

"Very impressive, Buizel. You too, Squirtle. Frokie, You have the force, but you need to work on your aim," Wave dipped her head. "Ok, now try Surf and Dive," She jumped into the water.

Shane got up and laughed. He went back to class. Shane looked at Abi. He growled and then snickered.

So, all Pokemon, regardless of their grade, will see each other in their classes.
However, Students Grade K-3, only have two classes, two semesters. But, one of them has to have Gym in there somewhere.
Students Grade 3-12 have 6 hours per semester.
However, since the younger students only have two classes per semester, you won't see them that often.
For the most part, all types are together.)

Rain made his way to Dark class in the school's basement where his dark classes were held. He often got trod on by all the bigger pokemon. Shinxes were small but he was no bigger than a pichu. He cursed as another foot stomped on his tail.
