(Emberstar, SunClan)
She mewed a quiet greeting and dropped her squirrel on the pile, exchanging it for a plump vole. She layed near Rowanwing. She took a bite from the vole and looked at him. "Good morning"
(Rowanwing, SunClan)
"Good morning" Rowanwing replied. "Emberstar, you should not use all your energy on hunting and border patrols. This clan needs you healthy."
(Emberstar, SunClan)
"We are so little with so much to do, I will not let that burden fall on my cats. I am their leader and I will not stay back as they do everything."

((Btw I have another RP of mine, do ya wanna join? please?))
<~:Spiritfall:~>
"As much as we need patrols," Spiritfall glanced at Rowanwing. "I agree with him. Emberstar, you need rest. Starclan gave you nine lives to protect and lead the clan, not waste through endless patrols." Spiritfall wearily picked up a mouse and started chewing it. "Me and Rowanwing can go, I think Rowanwing's up to it, are ya, Rowanwing?"

--Snaketail--
Just friends huh? She thought angrily.
Mothheart looked nervous and spoke up. "Uhh...could...we...just..." >->

"I'm not old yet." She grumbled. "And I enjoy the patrols. Il stay behind this time, I bet Silvermoon and Ratfang would love to go." She looked around to find something useful to do, and padded towards the unused nursery that needed some patching up.
(Rowanwing, SunClan)
"Of course" He purred, and licked the last morsel of prey he had been eating, off his lips. He shook his thick pelt and went to sit by Spiritfall. "Have you eaten yet? You have time before Ratfang joins us, have you seen him?"

~Thanks again!~
(Thistle, Abandoned Dairy Farm)
"Another quiet day," Thistle sighed sullenly, remembering the family of two-legs that once tended the land, "It's rather depressing, watching these poor creatures struggle to stay alive. Why did the two-legs leave? Why did they leave these poor things to struggle? I thought they loved them."
He added, just barely a whisper, "I thought they loved me."
He looked around at the large pastures that were once covered in healthy, green grass. Large beasts had already polished off the feed that the two-legs had prepared for them before leaving. They were entirely picked clean, and what did manage to grow was swiftly eaten by the starving hoof-beasts. The thick, wooden fences were starting to fall apart due to all the attempts the animals had made while trying to escape the prison that used to be their home. Coyotes were prowling outside, a little further from the fences and through the tall weeds. It seemed like the hoof-beasts would rather take their chances with the canines than starve to death.
Thistle jumped down from his perch on top of the mail box post overlooking the farm yard. He then trudged over to the old two-leg den adjacent to the hoof-beast den and stepped through the cat-flap at the bottom of the front door. This empty, dusty building was his domain, lonely and cold compared to the memories he kept to himself so dearly.
All of the furniture stood where it'd been left so many moons ago. The long, sitting pad still stretched out in front of the box of moving pictures - or, as his two-legs had often called it, a tee-vee. The cold box still stood next to the two small water pools, both of which long since having dried up. Further in the den, up the series of miniature cliffs, the two sleeping caves were still occupied by the soft beds that once held his two-legs in their slumber.
Thistle made his rounds of the den, capturing any mice or rats that had snuck in while he was absent. He swiftly removed them from the den's premises before eating them; a habit from living with two-legs that didn't like finding dead things in their home. He returned to the house once again, retiring to the large bed he'd shared with the eldest two-legs once upon a time and letting himself fall into the realm of dreams. It was always at this time that he truly felt the loneliness and silence along side his presence, wrapping around him in a perverse version of what used to be the warmth of his two-legs.

Featheredtail---
She prowled the island wishing for a way of. Her whiskers twitched and her fur rippled. It was cold. Shivering as white specks floated in her vision she trudged through colorful leaves to the dangerously swampy shore of the island and leaped into the water.
She swam her heavy fur dragging her, but she powered on. Just a little...bit... farther! She hit the shore eyes wide with relief. She made it.
She sogged on to the Dairy farm where she watched out for prey left to stay by the old two-legs. She kept a close watch for any coyotes and shuddered remembering her narrow escape last time. She jumped onto a rickety fence post still standing up in the hard un-fertile ground.
She watched the cows. Poor beasts. She thought staring into the deep sad brown eyes of a cow showing all her sympathy through her eyes. The cow sneezed and herded a skinny and boney calf along with her.
Her gaze redirected towards the two-leg nest. I wonder if the two-legs visit? Or at least would have had another litter of Two-legs move in... She thought slowly swearing she saw a flicker of movement.

(Thistle, Abandoned Dairy Farm)
Thistle woke up in the early morning, before the sunrise when the long deceased rooster used to call. He trudged through the den sluggishly, brushing his sides against the familiar, but now cold walls. Stepping through the cat-flap, he took a long breath of the freezing cold air. He sat there, tail curled around his feet, taking in the slowly frosting ground as the soft, wet snow descended.

Featheredtail shivered and sneezed as a snowflake landed on her bright grey nose. Shaking it of she spotted a grey tom by the two-leg nest. She froze her gaze locked on him silently praying to Starclan she would be unnoticed in the snow fall. Thanking her genetics for giving her a white and brown-grey siamese pelt. She sat on the fence post in stony silence.
