Combat...combat! Martin looked back in his seat and grabbed Early Retirement and put it back in his belt. The sword was a bit big for him but he managed. "Hear that Molly? We're getting close now!"

River smiled. She laughed a little. "If you like you can touch them. I don't think you'd hurt me." she said softly, meaning her ears and tail. Her ear going to the side a little as she looked at him curiously. "I won't bite, I promise." she said with a blush. She'd rarely felt someone touch her ears and tail but she didn't mind.

Ren flapped his wings and hopped on her head as he rubbed her ears. "You know you're the first person he has ever let touch him. Other than me of course."

Jenny: "You have a sword, too?" From it's flameproof sheath strapped onto her back, she pulls out Banisher, then blows gently on it, setting it ablaze. "This is Banisher, my blade." Making sure not to set the ship on fire in the process, she carefully sheathes Banisher once more.

River laughed. Her cheeks flushed lightly. "That tickles.." she said with a giggle when he rubbed against her ears. "Really? So that means I'm special huh Ren?' she teased. A smile spread across her face. "Well he's the third person to ever touch my ears...well first bird anyway." she said with laugh. "If you'd like you can touch them...I mean we are friends...right?" she asked with a bit of a hopeful look. Her ears twitching a little when Ren messed with them.
