The woman picked Terra up before Mako could answer. Mako started growling at her. The woman put her down on the counter next to the sink. She stroked her fur and held out some more of the small treats for her and started talking.

Oh, Batty!
I apologize for my lack of response. No, you didn't make anything boring; I think it's just me. Despite the fact that I've wanted to try 1x1 roleplaying for a while, I guess I'm not that good at it... I start out great, but as time passes, it gets harder and harder for me to keep up the momentum. It's a problem I have in several areas of my life, and I guess 1x1 roleplaying is one of those too. So many sad, lonely stories sitting in my dusty documents folder that just want my love... I start them but just can't finish them.
I'm sorry for disappointing you. I guess that this was just one of those things that I'd have to learn from experiencing.
