That isn't enough to beat Mysticelf's bid of 300k + 2 magical pies + 15 diamonds, which is worth around 545k gold.
If you want the Ryori, it will have to be at least 550k in gold, or some equivalent value combination of gold, diamonds, and items. I generally sell when people stop counter-offering.
Also, not sure if you noticed, but one of the other Lunes carries Garland. If you're interested, I set her up for 10k as an add on for your multi-pet purchase. If you aren't, no worries. She can be found here:
