may be a stupid question but what areas are considered portal areas?
They aren't visually displayed. However, during an event, it's the Hay Maze, Ruins, and the Cave. If you are in an area where Pumpkin Minions are spawning during Stage 2 , you're in a Portal Area.

We'll see moving forward. I posted the poll kind of late and had already set the times before the poll finished.
The problem is the poll was basically split 50/50. Technically, yes, midnight won, But it was 34% vs 31%. Only 3 individual votes separated the top two. However, the difference in actual time is literal polar opposite. Since 9am/12pm/3pm has been the defacto go-to for years, I opted to default to that for this festival.
So... moving forward, maybe we'll toss the 9am and/or toss the 3pm and do 12am/12pm alternating.
I very well may do another poll with adjusted options.

Hello! Just a reminder that today is the last day of Round 2 of the Leaderboard Contests! Good luck to everyone participating!
This upcoming week, I plan to hand out the Fall Festival Avatar Item / Themed Pet Contest prizes as well as put in some pending artwork that's finished up, but not put in-game just yet.

Is it just me or is the counter very long between each pumpkin event ? I was in zone yesterday and counter only changed with 5% during around 2 hours, then after a while again i left.

It depends on how many people are defeating Hallowed Reapers. Maybe not as many people have been on recently because of Thanksgiving?
