i backed away and gulped, "i kinda touched the master emerald without him knowing." i said, my ears and tail showed i was very scared.

Sonic almost facepalmed. "Oh... Why did you do that?" He said, as if that was the dumbest thing she could've possibly done. Knuckles growled quietly. "If I was able to fight...." Sonic sighed, zipped over to his side, and put a hand on his shoulder. "Settle down. It's not like she stole it or broke it...." Sonic paused. "You didn't do that, did you?" he mouthed.

i looked at sonic, "no! why would i do that? and plus i met someone that i doubt knuckles even knew, Tikal." i said, but rose into the air 3 feet off the ground.

Knuckles looked somewhat taken aback. "Really? Y-you did?" Sonic smiled. "Oh, Tikal? We know her. She's cool,"

i sighed, "yeah, but there were some parrots, they said 'wussup' whats up with that?" i asked.

"Th--The parrots pick up on anything... You saw Tikal?" Knuckles said. Sonic rolled his eyes. "Yes, she did. Pay attention,"

i nodded, "sonic quit it, he's been shocked so cut it out." i said, my tail and ears flicked.

Knuckles hesitated. "F-fine. I'll let it slide, but just this once!" He snapped. Sonic folded his arms and nodded. "Welcome to your senses, Knux,"

i sighed and facepalmed, "knock it off you two!" i growled, my ears and tail flicked in an irritated way.

"Aw, We're fine, right Knucklehead?" Sonic asked, elbowing him playfully. Knux nodded stiffly.
