We were aprenteces to a mage, whos name Ill keep secret. We joined at 13, and became good freinds. Fast forward to about a decade later, and our mage fell ill and died. We were devastated, but in his will it said for us to use on final spell. One that allowes us to become half of anything we see. We left, fell in love, had Pyro, lost him when we were fleeing from an assassin, and went into hiding. And now were here.*

Charlotte nodded. *yeah. We also can use our final spell with their power. That means this: our final spell would allow us to become half of whatever creature we have seen. So I could become half Skrill right now. Do you understand?*

Pyre nodded, "Yeah, but why be half phoenox and half some other creature?" she asked, confused.

Alex shook his head. *no, Id be half Pheonox and half human. Thats how it works.*
