He gazes at him silently.

Drake keeps his eyes focused on his work.


Chelsea nudges Rim, "Go introduce yourself. Drake isn't that scary."

Rim hesitantly walks up to him.

Drake notices Rim's shadow out of the corner of his eye. Turning around Drake smiles at her, "You must be new around here. Welcome."

She smiles and offers one hand to shake. "Karima Vaires. Please call me Rim."

"Nice to meet you Rim. I'm Drake Waverider," Drake introduces himself, "So what brings you here?"

"Mostly for college." She shrugs, shaking his hand with a smile. "My hometown was nice, but very small and very remote. We didn't have any higher education there, so since I'm almost done with high school, we felt it best to move."

Drake nods once, "I understand that choice. While I may not be going to college myself, I understand the choice of wanting to move on and explore. I wish you the best of luck for college."

She nods, absently moving a few strands of hair from out of her face. She doesn't really seem like the type to dye her hair, especially such vivid colors, so it'd a little odd to see the bright streaks of color in her hair.

Drake decides not to question it, he didn't know Rim very well and it seemed rude to pry. That and he knew what some people would do for a bet, not that he thought Rim was one of them. On the other hand, Drake knew Rim could be one of the magical beings that have been around more and more often.
