Pyro eyed Nettle and snarled, and tried to break the Spirit Shackle, and the shadowy lines strained under Pyros effort.

Thunder hovered and looked and Pyro. *Nettle, I dont think he can hear you. Hes gone crazy. Maybe this is what he meant when he said that he was backing out?*

"Perhaps," Nettle remarked, preening his feathers back into place. "Spirit Shackle should hold for a few minutes. I can reinforce the lines, if need be,"

Pyro growled and yanked on the Spirit Shackle, breaking a few of the shadowy lines.

Thunder hurriedly used Psycic on Pyro, and said, *Reinforce it. NOW,* sweating from the effort from holding Pyro still.

Nettle nodded and complied, using it twice for extra measure. "...It broke early..." He muttered to himself. "Flare? Have you ever seen this in your son before?"

Flare just looked at Nettle. *Pyro used to live in a orphanage. I only visited, and in secret. I have no idea.*

Thunder shook his head no, panting, *i never saw him do this. Maybe its becuase were close to the Spring, or his evolution or Mega Stone?*

Pyro struggled, snapping more of the Spirit Shackle and making Thunder almost pass out from the effort to keep the Psycic going. He growled, and shot a Flamethrower at Nettle, aimed right at him.

Nettle took the hit, simply using Synthisis to heal himself aftrerwards.

"Perhaps it is the Mega Stone. It is not unheard of for the energys to cause a pokemon to go berserk..."

Hearing the words *Mega Stone,* Pyros eyes widened, and sanity seemed to return to him. He weakly stuttered, *Get... it... off...!* before roaring and breaking the Spirit Shackle, and making Thunder pass out, Pysicic finally failing.

Flare growled, Mega Evolved, and jumped in front of Pyro. Next thing you know, and the Charizards were claw in claw, grappling and trying to find an opening. Flare said, *Nettle, help!* before crying out from a Fire Fang on the wing.

Nettle narrowed his eyes and swooped over to Pyro, launching a Shadow Ball right at his face in an attempt to momentarily blind him.

He ate it with a Fire Fang. But it was enough.

Flare grabbed the Mega Band, and after a few rough yanks, he managed to (just) slip it off Pyros arms. Pyro gasped, and collapsed, breathing hard. He mumbled, *Thank you...* and passed out.

Flare looked at Pyro and Thunder, both uncouncious, and chuckled, then got serious. He set down the band, ended his Mega Evolution, and said, *dont let anybody touch that or take it, Nettle. That has lots of power in it. More than normal, I think. Dont touch it, please.*

Nettle glanced at the band. "I will carry it. We certianly can't leave it here, and it cannot affect me as it can a Charizard," He replied, stooping down, picking it up, and staching it amoung his feathers. "You take your son, I will take Thunder,"
