"Even if he didn't, I can defend myself just fine," Kaladin muttered under his breath befire walking over to assist Douglas. Locke looked over at Selkie and shrugged a shoulder. "We should... prob'ly help 'em as well, aye?"

Selkie nodded, "Let's help the guards first."

Douglas put down his bag for a second and got out a small needle with a setitive in it, "Skipper I give you one chance to settle down."
Skipper went into a long growl of sailor speak.
Douglas knocked his brother out, "I'm sorry you heard that."

Kaladin frowned. "It's not your fualt. I only understood half of it, anyway..."
Locke glanced down at the water in the moat, then pulled it upward to help the guards stay above the surface.

Selkie helped Locke as much as he could. His eyes glowed sea blue and he pulled the guards up on the bridge.
"Thank you both of you." The dripping wet guards spoke.

Douglas nodded tiredly.
The leadeer of the guards gently dragged Skipper into the dungeons for the night.

The collie waved his tail and nodded. "Aye, not need ta thank us."

Kaladin sighed. "Well, I supposs I'd be concerned if he wasn't behaving in such a way..." He commented.

"He wasn't always like that." Douglas muttered.
Luner asked the guards, "Are you alright?"
"We're fine thank you your majesty."
Luner nodded, "You four are welcome to stay in the castle as my personal guests until this mess is settled." He said to the four travelers, "You four can have any empty guest room in the castle."

"Ngiyabonga ngokungenisa izihambi. Thank you for your hsopitality," Kaladin said kindly with a dip of his head.

"Your welcome." Luner smiled a little.
