As you chase the buck you realize how much faster it is than you. Soon it has disappeared into the forest, leaving only a faint blood trail behind.
Featherdust, you notice, is no longer by your side. You are wondering where he is, when you feel a faint breeze pushing you toward the South.

The Nogar pauses.
"I do like azure gems actually. Although i prefer not to think of it as pretty. More sharp but smooth, and strong yet weak. It has sharp points but smooth surface, and it's a rock in a way, making it strong,
but it can still be shattered. The blue is calming and gentle, relaxing you, but the transparency and shape magnifies other things, in a way taking some of their appearance and changing it to a new form of itself. When it's dark it is cast in shadow, and looks depressing, and light it looks magnificent. In short, it's very unique, and special in it's own way. Like each of us. And that's what i want to prove to everyone. No matter where they came from, or what they look like they can still be beautiful on the inside. After all, Azure gems we created in the depths of the earth, and when they are found dirt coats them. Yet they are valued because of what they can become."
The Nogar looks at you.
"Are you ready to hunt then April?"

"Although i still have some skills i learned when i was in arena fights. They always were changing the settings, and often there were mazes. I got really good at scenting out my opponents."
It lifts up it's snout and sniffs the air, before bending down to the ground and sniffing the area. After a moment it stands up.
"Nothing around here."

It only slants more downhill. You step on a patch of loose dirt and stumble slightly, catching yourself.
