"Yebo mnumzane. Yes sir." Kaladin replied, voice carrying uncharatheristic confidence.

"Good we need allies in the coming days." Luner looked around, "Please brings them some chairs."
A servant went to do so and brought back four chairs.
"Please sit if you want to." Luner offered trying to be a good host.

Kaladin took a seat, just trying to not be rude. Locke sat down as well.

Douglas sat while Selkie stayed standing.
"Been a very long time since a sea otter has been in this room." Luner remarked.
Selkie looked stunned, "How did you know?"
"I can tell the difference however subtle." Luner half smiled, "Now let's discuss what we can do to help your tribe."

Kaladin nodded. "A threat has been made against my people by somebody called Void. We suspect she is after the power that lies dormant there, and it would spell absolute disaster should it fall into the wrong hands..." Kaladin explained.

Luner nodded, "Alena should have figured. Go on please if there is anything left to tell."

"We would've planned a defense already, but we have no idea what she is capable of, or even if our forces are enough to cause any damage." Kaladin continued.

"Alena or as you her Void, is very powerful and has learned dark magic. I don't fully know what she is capable of myself but I believe she can be stopped if we work together." Luner motioned for him to continue.

Kaladin nodded, then paused, noticing how surprisingly smooth this was going. "You've... Have you already considered asking my people for assistance?" He inquired out of sheer curiousity.

"Yes I have debating about it for some time, against the cousil's wishes." Luner answered.
