Dreamer sighs backing off a pace then looking th other horses' direction.
Loki was standing away from the others a bit.

Desta chuckles, "Do you think she was tamed before?"

"Probably. I don't think a wild horse would just search your pockets."

Val smiled a little

Desta chuckles, "True but that means we have to find her owner or rider don't we?"

Dreamer starts to graze on the grass.

He nodded, biting his tongue. He would've said, 'If they were still alive' but he restrained himself

Desta nods a thanks to Maverick for keeping his thoughts to himself before noticing Loki's behavior, "Is it just me or is Loki acting differently then normal?"

"Do you blame him? He was stuck in a thorn bush and then had to deal with a demon horse," Maverick pointed out.

"I don't blame him I'm worried about him," Desta explains, "I look at the injuries this morning and they don't look any better then last night."

"Some of them might take longer to heal than others...Some of them were deeper than others. If you want, I can check it," he offered

"Please,' Desta unsucessfully tries to supress a shiver.
Upon hearing this Loki runs back toward the cave at full speed.

Maverick sighed, a little annoyed. "I'll check him over when he least suspects it."
