D followed, very close so that the chain didn't choke her. She whimpered just at the glare of some guards by the far corner down the hall.

Two guards also stood on the other end of the hall, one of them coming and putting up a hand to stop Kate. "State your name and purpose of use of D-H-3."

The other guard checked his watch. "It's not her walk time."
The other guard shrugged. "Its not like it'll do any harm. Besides, it'll get her blood pumping for the over all tests later today. Who knows what she could have caught out there."
He groaned but nodded. "Fine...but boss'll wanna check her out himself...you know how that goes."
"Who says he has to know? What's wrong with an extra walk?"

These two must know each other and do it a lot, because it's easy to get past them.
D did shy away from them, though. Why did they chain her up so bad if she didn't attack without reason? She seemed more scared than vicious.
