In the midst of the reptilian sounds, was a desperate guttural call. Everytime the thing cried out, there was a clanking as a sign of chains, tight ones, being pulled. "Rrrr~!"

Many creatures where chained to floors, walls. Kept in tanks sometimes when they where partially aquatic. But she had been correct. D was chained against her wall, her cell having horrible stains and scratches. She had her muzzle again, wings chained as well as her legs, arms and tail.

Kate tried to keep her expression neutral and not horrified. Once she saw D, she rushed to her cage.

Her golden eyes saw her and her panicked sounds stopped, she seemed scared that Kate was here now, too. She started crying.
