Lazi growled and stepped away from Kris. She walked and picked up the bloody knife she had used on herself.
"Think I'm funny don't you," She wiped the blade on a tree trunk, giving Kris a death glare.

"Oh... really? Well it's pretty simple. How to keep from losing control is to ground yourself. I do that when I shift," She explained.

"Yeup." He said, then tried to swing a punch to knock her out before she could use the knife.

Lazi backed away from Kris, the punch landing on her bad arm, her right arm. She growled softly but neither attacked or ran.
"You think your so great... idiot. Doom awaits you all. So stopping trying to hurt me, I am doing my job, nothing more," She said hooking her arm around the tree as she climbed to the first branch, "You got what you wanted so let me go."

He shrugged. "You still probably shouldn't be let go, you apparently have to kill Carter and I ain't letting you hurt my friend."

"Whatever love boy, I'm not coming down from this tree," She stuck her tongue out as she stared down at the three of them, "Plus I don't want to be knocked out again!"
Carter watched her, ignoring the way his face went red when she said love boy.
"Maybe we could leave her?" Carter suggested holding out the sleep darts they had taken from Lazi.

He actually blushed a little bit. "Maybe."

"Wow, you are in love," Lazi hissed jumping down and placing a hand on Carter's shoulder, "Insane... but hey, he is a nice boy."
Carter looked embarrased, "Yeah, he is..."

Kris felt awkward all of a sudden. "I'm not nice, I'm a jerk." He muttered.
