Subuki gently places a hand on your shoulder. "There is nothing wrong with being unique. You have stayed strong despite their hatred, it seems. This is a quality of strength that many do not possess."

In the not-so-far distance, Sibnele holds out a hand to Iskren, who seems hesitant but shakes anyway. They both walk over, Sibnele wearing a stupid grin on his face. "Hello, mortal," he says. Iskren waves, but looks disturbed by something. You can't see his sword-hilt over his shoulder anymore.

I growled at Sibnele but stayed where I was and continued to look at the sky.

Subuki looks curiously at the two. "Has an agreement been reached?"

Sibnele smiles cruelly. "Oh, yes. And I'm sure you'll be pleased to know that I hate that I did it with every fibre of my being, Buki."

Iskren smirks, a weird expression from such a stoic person. "We just made a truce. I won't move to the. . .big thing so long as he agrees to cause no trouble."

"Like that will last" I growled lowly lucky no one heard but flinched when Sibnele looked in my direction knowing he must have heard.

Sibnele glowers at you. You can almost see the empty hatred in his eyes. Looking deeper, you can sense something else in him. Fear?

Subuki jumps in quickly. "Nonsense. Despite his. . .reputation, Sibnele can hold a truce for a long time when he puts his mind to it." Her cheery smile is obviously fake, but it makes the atmosphere feel lighter.

I sigh and shake my self before lightly smiling to the demon "I apologize for my rude comment it was uncalled for..." I said and looked at him carefully.

Sibnele stares at you for a split second, then gives you an elegant smile while cutting off the eye contact. "Oh, yes it was. At least you apologised, unlike most."

Subuki sighs in relief.

Iskren grumbles something, too quiet for anyone to hear.

I sighed and laid back down before glancing at the greater demon again "so what next... All mortals die...?" I say jokingly.

Sibnele snorts. "I wish, mortal. I truly wish." He rubs his arm gently, as if there is a wound there.

Iskren sits next to Subuki, silent.

"It's a truce, not a pact," Subuki whispers to you. "Sibnele can back out anytime he wishes."

"Hm?" I say to Subuki and sigh " I was just joking..." I said "although... There are a few people I wouldn't mind killing..." I said thoughtfully "although that's not important..." I said laying back completely and closing my eyes and humming a tune I remember from when my real mother would sing it to me.
