Reaper moved like a ghost through the forest and let out a small bark when a cat rushed up to him.
"Hi girl I missed you to." Reaper picked up the cat who purred and rubbed up against him. The cat looked at Knuckles not trusting him.

Knuckles blinked and stooped down. "Hey. You protecting these parts?" He asked the feline.

The cat hissed at Knuckles, Of course the wolves are not the olny ones who live here.
"Stalker stay here with him." Reaper ordered before disappearing into the forest.
The cat obeyed and watched Knuckles with a look that if he tried to move she would attack.
About an hour later Reaper reappered with nine wolves including himself and Ruby. Ruby was pale and leaning on her mother for support.
She saw Knuckles and smiled, "So you finally came to help me build one?"

The echidna smirked. "Grubby mits and all?"

Ruby coughed, "Grubby mits and all.''
Reaper pulled his hackles back in a snarl and fingered his sycth.
"Reaper calm down he doing no harm." An older white wolf tried to clam Reaper.
"I suppose we should introduce ourselves." The wolf Ruby was leaning on for help said, "You first though."

The echidna put a fist up to his chest and dipped his head, respectfully. "Guardian Knuckles the Echidna," He introduced. "No sirname." He added quickly.

"Echinda?" The white wolf said his eyes blind from catarax, "I am Prince council member of the western Wolf Hunter's clan Alpha pack.
"Nightfall, Wolf Hunter second rank of the Western Wolf clan Alpha pack." The wolf next to Prince said.
"You already know Ruby and Reaper. "A red wolf said at the end of the line, "I am Crimson sixth rank Aplha pack."
"Cinder Fourth rank Alpha pack." The wolf Ruby was leaning on said.
"Fangs, fith rank alpha pack." A Blue wolf introduced himself.
"Iris seventh rank Alpha pack." A purple wolf spoke.
"Kain eighth rank Alpha pack." The wolf introduced himself.

"A pleasure." Knuckles greeted.

The chatting went on Reaper watching Knuckles carefully.
"Reaper is well trained so why did he let you come so close to our home," Nightfall asked.
"Knuckles is a friend grandmother." Ruby tried to defend Knuckles.
"I am aware of that but still outsiders are not to be trusted." Nightfall spoke.
The wolves nodded in agreement.
Ruby nodded coughing.
"Maybe I should look over it first to make sure you don't get hurt." Nightfall and Reaper offered.
"No thank you." Ruby spoke.

Knuckles glanced at Reaper. "Mm." He looked back at Nightfall. "I can keep a secret. Plus, better to have him escort me then sneaking in myself, right?" He replied.
