Would you be interested in trading a themed philter of trait disruption for a max-stat steampunk puff? Preferably this one. Or a greater genetic mutator + a lesser genetic mutator.

I would gladly trade, though the philter is worth a bit more than the max stat during the sale I have going on.

I value philters of trait disruption generally between 200-250k each, so I'd be willing to trade the puff + 50k for the philter if that works for you?
