You miss the neck, but slash the left arm, dealing 5 damage. They also snapped out of their confusion.
They are ready to attack. What do you do?

(Sometimes I go a little further into detail just so that there is no room for the story to go in a weird direction)
You head back to the shop, but there is someone there. He seems to be handing the blacksmith something in a back discreetly. The blacksmith looks both ways and hands him a large sack of what looks like coins.
What do you do?

The Blacksmith looks at you with a smile. The vendor turns to you and pats you on the head. "I'll be back next week, boss!"
The Blacksmith turns to you and tells you that it is a rare ore that is very hard to find. It has to be sold in the utmost of secrecy, or else his life might be on the line (thats how valuable it is!).

oh ok well i go the sword back and got 700g out him he gave it to me then drops the sword sot hats 350g for both of us
