"Okay. I'm going to try to patch you back up. Don't scream, and don't fight me." Jordyn says. Asher looks confused, but he nods. Jordyn carefully pulls the fabric of Asher's shirt away from the bullet wound, inspecting it carefully. "Hm. You're lucky. It would have been harder if I had to remove the bullet. I wouldn't call myself one knowledgeable in the art of healing, but I know a few tricks." Asher stays silent, starting to worry.
Jordyn cauterizes the wound, ripping up strips of cloth to quickly bandage it up. "Should stop the bleeding for now. Keep it dry and don't irritate it."
"I'll try to keep it dry, and don't worry, I wasn't thinking of irritating it at all." Asher says with a wince, deciding that his arm was in too much pain to do anything with it otherwise.

This clearly piques Hakis curiosity. She stands and comes over, and lightly touches the wound. Not hard enough for it to hurt, but enough for her to touch and feel it.

The wound had stopped bleeding, but Jordyn had decided to bandage it just in case. "It's a tip I learned from... from my many years out on my own." Jordyn says. "Also, days are hard to track here, but I'll need to check on the wound after about a day. Alright?" They check with Asher. Asher nods slowly, not really in the mood to cope with the world.

,, How did you do that? ,, Haki asks, clearly curious.

"Pretty simple. Heat metal, not too hot, put it on the wound, but not for too long else you can kill perfectly healthy cells." Jordyn says as if she was reciting something from memory.

,, But why? ,, Her head tilts further. How that can be comfortable for her neck is a mystery.

"The heat seals the wound up." Jordyn says. "That's all I know." They shrug.

,, But wouldnt that just melt it? ,, She apparently doesnt know how any of this works.

"No, don't heat the metal to where it is glowing. Just enough to get it hot." Jordyn tries to explain, not sure how to explain. Asher was resting against the chair, closing his eyes. After a few moments, a soft snore comes from Asher, giving away that the elf dragon was asleep.

,, But wouldnt that hurt them? And what about the metal itself? Wouldnt that hurt it? ,,
