Ik it says free okay. But I want something really specific. And it's human (kinda). I know humans are hard to draw. So I'll pay you 70k to do this xD (Oh and if you want something drawn of your own I would happily do that too :3 My stuff)

I don't have an exact photo of him but I can get references for like his hair and stuff. He's an Avian boyo so he's got wings ^w^

His hair: Black (maybe blue cell shading?) it looks kind of curly but it isnt, just disheveled


His: Eye shape {Blue eyes, in the shade of #5F9AD9}


His wing size compared to the body:


His pose: (sorry about the words, best example i could find. That kinda hunched anti-social look)


His wing pose: kinda half folded?


His Wings: He's based off the White-Breasted Nuthatch


His Clothes: Harry potter-esk robes make the scarf blue and silver?

This is very minor and not needed but he has this kind of earring on his ear (only one)

I would prefer full body, he has a pretty stoic pose, but from waist up is fine.. Cell shading please? He's suppose to be 14-15-16 and 5'5 so no crazy long legs please xD Pale skin and he looks pretty tired most of the time. I can message you the character sheet if you like ^w^ ANOTHER super minor this is, could you put this in the background? He's the sniper guy so xD No background scene is necessary ofc a simple blue and white back would be great!

HOO boy that's a lot. It'll probably take me a while, but I think I can manage it. I do wanna note that the links in your post aren't working though, specifically the one where you asked for something specific for the background. Im not sure why it's not working for me, so apologies for that. But I would love to do this (as soon as I get through all the other requests). But otherwise, I can at least try to do this! (Humans aren't immediate terms for me not accepting since I need to get better at drawing them anyway. It's more so a warning to anyone requesting that I'm not the best at drawing them, so they aren't taken by surprise.)
