;) You set it up yourself, and don't forget to update every time new numbers comes up.
In your case, I guess randomising the numbers by using a tool online or something, would be nicer for evey one else I think.
I mean, it would be so easy to "cheat" by using the numbers that have already been drawn (there is a lot now) to get as much prises as possible! :S
