I Have a few important questions
Do we get to pick the song or is it selected for us? I'm getting mixed signals from the description where you put "whoever's design I think is better. This will be based on: Song choice" and "Make sure to use the song that was given to you." Either is fine for me but I've prepared a few designs in advance and I'd hate to have to scrap them.
Also If we choose songs, do they have to be in english? I know a lot of Celtic and Gaelic folk songs that I can use. I can even add the english translation.

Sorry, but you will have to scrap them. I have to give you the songs, and I don't like the idea of making them before a round even begins.
You can add the songs as recommendations, but they must be in English, sorry.
