A pack of wolves came out of the shadows and started after Scout. He could also smell a few more horses and didn't want to put them in danger, so he led the wolves what seemed like away

These are wolves and your human cares about you. Ember explained, plus the best way you can help is by getting a human to stop the wolves.

Ember used her surroundings to her advantage and disappeared into the brush then snuck up on a wolf kicking it away. Be careful then.

"I will!" Electra promised. The wolf whined. Ember had broken its ribs. Scout wondered what was going on, but he could smell humans coming from Electra
