Vince is a rookie in name only. He grew up in the slums with his half insane mother as his only family. He lived away from home and would only visit to check up on her once every couple of weeks. When he was 17 he returned home to find his mother gone without a trace, the only clue being a single playing card stained with blood, the ace of spades...
(Note: the card was stained with blood but did not have the initials BC written on it. This happened 10 years ago after all, a lot can happen in 10 years...)


Vince has lots of experience dealing with unsavoury individuals and tends to get caught up in other peoples problems either because he thinks it may help him in some way, or simply because he has a tough time saying no.

He never officially went to any sort of law school or police academy, but studied extensively on his own in the years following his mother's disappearance. (Despite looking like just another punk kid who went and fell in with the wrong crowd, he is actually very intelligent, deceptive, cunning, and above all else motivated by a strong sense of justice.)
His investigations led him to the black cat cult and by using his connections with various street gangs he managed to get himself inducted as an enforcer. He has been a member for ten months and has been spending his time quietly investigating the cults actions. Fortunately for him his enforcement duties haven't forced all to many moral quandaries as of yet. Delivering messages, making threats to middle ranked members who got to full of themselves, that sort of thing. All the while documenting any suspicious things or pieces of evidence that his duties as an enforcer forced him to dispose of.
Recently however things have gotten... troubling. And now he has been tasked with putting a certain nosy detective in his place...

That would make sense since they work in the same department. But he works under Oliver so they've never actually worked together.

Anyways, I'm gonna go catch myself up and make a post.

Oh! One more thing, you say the black cats are all aristocrats but I highly doubt the entire organization would function without some enforcers and recruiters.

Maybe the rich cats are the highest ranking members, then you have the typical members, then the thugs. Perhaps the thugs aren't necessarily members but instead have been threatened/paid off by the cult to allow the cult to function on their turf.

I'll warn you, Felidae is well... a tad more mature than the aristocats. You know... sex, murder, gore... lots of gore... so much gore... One famous shot is just the uncensored decapitated head of one cat so... yeah...
