In the pure darkness, another zolnixi shuffled around.
They tugged Patriotic, and disappeared into the night, making a fateful mistake. They ran away loudly, whispering.

Ruby Guardian heard and followed.

Patriotic didn't seem to notice, as he was curled up in a tiny ball.

Ase looked up. Something was wrong...she could feel it. She stood careful not to wake Marcurio as she snuck after the invaders. Who could they be?

Panting some Ase chased after the intruders determined to get her friend back. Fro behind she attacked knocking on me if the attackers down as she bit into their skin.

He woke with a start as the egg cracked some before it opened up reviling the small grey and white pup whom was covered in pink markings. Marcurio smiled at the pup before relizing that his mate was nowhere to be found. "Ase?!" He called out. Panickedly he stood though he knew he couldn't leave his new son. God he hopping she wasn't in trouble.

Patriotic yelped, bandanna shaking up and down.

Patriotic bit along, and she was released.
