She nodded and started to follow Uru. She looked at Noal and grunted under her breath "I can take care of myself." She didn't want to hurt him. But it was true. She was capable of defending herself, and she wasn't beta for nothing. She was suprised that Noal was trying to protect her, and she didn't know what to make of it. She stood by Uru . "Yes, alpha Uru?" She asked.

Uru turned to Althea. "After the meeting, i need to do another meeting tomorrow. I need you to make sure everyone's duties are done before then." she said.

"Of course. Il ask Noal to organize his patrols before the meeting. And il take out the hunters. " She paused, and lookedt towards the gathered wolves. "Uru.. I don't trust Venom. And Bano either. I hope Swordfern made sure he crossed the border and stayed there. Swordfern is a hunter.. and Bano is the lead warrior of Lore pack."
She sat down with a worrieds sigh.

Uru looked at Althea. "I admit i don't trust Venom or Bano either, but the rogues are packing up. They have larger numbers than us." she said.

Swordfern looked back periodically and changed her pace from a slow walk to a gallop and back down to a trot. If Bano was still following, That would confuse him, and hopefully he wasn't. She couldn't smell him anywhere nearby, and that's saying a lot since she was a hunter. Gloomy Gus if I've ever saw one.

She nodded, ''That's true. I still insist that I be allowed to sit near the highrock, so I can protect you if needed.'' She flicked her ear.

Uru nodded. "For this meeting, stay to Venom's right. Thats the way he would most likely go, to turn around me. He will want to assault me, because when he and I were rogues, we were assassin wolves pretty much. He was taught to do that. Staying next to me, could get you injured badly. I've lived a while, i can go to the heavens any day, because when i do, you become Alpha female, and i trust you with this pack. I trust that you will be the perfect Alpha for this pack." she said.

She bowed her head. ''It is a honor that you think so highly of me, but I would risk my life before he took yours. You still have many years as Alpha of this pack, years that we will all treasure.'' Althea pressed her muzzle to Uru's shoulder respectfully and padded away to sit by Venom's right.

Uru smiled. "I appreciate your concern, Althea." she said, trotting beside her before sitting on Venom's Left. She lifted her head, to show her dominance and to see if Venom brought any..... other wolves of his. She looked at Venom. "There better not be any of your wolves here, because i personally hate a cowardly Alpha as an ally." she growled. She stomped a front paw, as to signal to Noal to sit beside her.

His stomach growled as he limped along through the snow. There was nothing he could hunt when he was this weak he needed a pack to help him though he had not seen one in over a year. It was funny how there used to be so many and now there was hardly any. Anubis sniffed the air for the last time...wait a moment was that a wolf he smelled. His weak body nearly felt strong again as he willed his legs to run towards the smell. It was growing stronger and stronger the closer he came to them. And like that he was there in their den sight. He panted as he shook where he stood before falling over exhausted.
