Would a fairy dragon wings, a puff egg and 10k gold be enouth for a serpent wings and a holly druid's spirite?

If it is ok with you, could I ad a ice claw staf of frostbite and a goastly key ( Noxious )
( On broker, fairy dragon wings are at 200k g . Serpent wings are 70k g Druid sprite is at 45k g, ice claw staff is at 13k g and a ghostly key is at 4 too. 70+45+13+45= 173k g You would still be wining)
