Mae slipped into the food tent, her face expressionless as she stood in a shadowy corner and watched everyone.

Vixen sees Callie talking to the small blue bunny and a small smile appeared on her face. She knew it was not safe to hunt on her own quite yet but she intended to slip away from the others for awhile she had to be at the meeting place soon. So she took her sword and headed to the weapons tent.

Zac saw Mae slip into the tent, "Mae! Over here you can sit with me!" Zac was definatly confident in himself.

Mae slowly walked over to Zac and sat down beside him, her face expressionless.

"You ok?" Zac asked Mae, "I could go get some soup for you if you want."

Shaking her head, she replied, "Fine." and glanced distrustfully at Zac.

Eugene had finished setting out the bread and broth/grits, so she sat behind the counter. She smiled and watched the sylesties eat. It made her feel better about herself knowing that her 'talents' aren't going to waste.

"I can tell you dont trust me." Zac looked at Mae seriously, "I dont understand why though. Well, each to there own I guess. I'll go get that soup." Zac got up as if nothing had happened. He walked over to Eugene, "if you've got any left, I'll have a bowl of soup- for Mae, not me, though if you've got enough for seconds, I wont say no..." He grinned mischeviously.

Mae shifted uncomfortably. "No, really it's-" but Zac already went up to get the soup. The Lupora sighed and waited until the Zolnixi came back.

She almost laughed. "It seems someone likes Mae~!" She returned his mischievous smile and ladled the soup into a bowl.
