Will the refund show up in our account overview? And will there be a version of this costume designed for any of the non-starter species in the future? (I really want a jingly bell Faelora, tbh.)

It's already been refunded. It won't show up anywhere - just your Diamonds will increase if you had bought one. =P

I looked in my equipment and my griffi was there, however 'use' is not glowing blue.

Click the item and then click the costume slot on the pet you want to use it on. It's the same as equipping armor - there isn't a pet wardrobe for it to go into so there won't be an active use button.
