An envelope arrives at your doorstep sealed with wax bearing a seal of oak leaves. As you open it you see a letter that says
We know the request came a long time ago but after taking inventory of the shop following a long absence we found a fealora essence. If you still require it come to the shop and we can negotiate.

Kosa puts two heavy wool cloaks (that have belonged to lord Talon) on the shelf, next to those wisp places an outfit out of spider silk and a flower bundle.

Wisp jumps up almost knocking over half the various armor. "Kosa a customer!" she yells.Kosa walks out of the backroom. "Wisp you are making so much noise I thought New Year came early. I am not deaf yet. " she grumbles good naturally. "So you need the prices for the tails and ears. This of coarse shows I was a great peddler in the past life but I have no idea. Offer your own price and we will go from there."

A slightly callused and fluffy vulnyx passes by, he stopped at the zolnixi, gave her a quick glance, then proceeded to ask- "Is there still some vulnyx ears available?" he paused, scanning the shelf, then continued.
"If there is any available, what kind and how much are you willling to take for them?"
