Keegan instantly felt bad about asking Ilandere about her scar. He mentally slapped himself for getting caught up in his own emotions and being so rude, and swore under his breath. "Oh wow, I'm sorry. That sounds like a terrible experience." He went silent for a few moments, not knowing what to say. "It's crap that we have to put up with that stuff from some humans. But at least you are okay now," he added gently, hoping he hadn't upset her too much.

Eniko stared, gaping at the crowd in front of her. She had never seen so many people in her life! And everyone looked so different too. She was used to just her family who all looked somewhat like her. She glanced at Lily about to make a comment when she noticed that she was shivering. "Um... are you okay?" Eniko asked quietly, unsure of what to do. Surely it's not that cold she thought.

Tadi laughed as he and his friend walked into the Mess Hall. "Umm," he awkwardly said, rubbing the back of his neck. "Well, my mother is just that. A human." He gave a mildly shy smile. He took as seat, kicking his feet out on a chair in front of him.

Mythos looks at Duskrade. "All kinds of children are assembled in the Mess Hall. It's great!" Seeing Celeste enter, he murmured, "Nah, not much. Do you have any questions?"

Mr. Duskrade looks at the teacher with a frown as he ask the question. "not really they are all to loud for my liking and don't know when to shut their traps at all"he says his monotone voice pops out like always. Hopefully he gets all the quite kids this year last year was a nightmare and he will not have it repeated this year at all cost.

Von looks at kala like she is crazy for a second and then shakes his hear interrupting her he grabs her shoulder. "so wait forget all that non-sense about siblings and harps, YOU NEVER HAD SNOW STAY ON THE GROUND. How could you not its like the best part when it stays you could go sledding and make snowman. You poor girl that must have been a hard life to live and do you think we get snow here." he ask with a serious tone.

Ashton looks out the window as the sun slowly comes out of it hiding place over the trees the light slowly sneaks its way into the cafeteria as it rises. The girl with the blackish blueish hair sits on a near by chair as she watches the world keep living while she stuck in hear with nothing better to do then watch it pass. With a sad sigh she takes another bite of her apple that is starting to dry up with each passing second that goes by in the cafeteria. The cafeteria gets louder by the second as her apple continues to dry up.

"No, it wasn't dumb at all. I like to draw both. I hope you don't get tired of me, because we'll be in the same class," he says. Seriously? That sounded stupid. He stood up and looked around, his gaze shifting across the other students. He looks back down at Jora, and sat down again. Almost everyone else had someone to talk to. He wondered why no one else had noticed her crying. "I'm glad they didn't. She would be embarrassed" he murmured, not realizing he said it out loud.

"How did that happen? I mean, the part about your dad and the loch ness monster?" asked Ember, surprised that once again her curiosity and desire for a story had overcome her shyness. Maybe this is what all the students are like. If so, then I think I might grow to like it. she thought, looking at Jora through the hair that she had let fall in front of her face.

Jora smiled a little at Orion's antics, "Well, that's cool. I've never really been comfortable around other monsters before. And seeing as the only ones I've met before coming here were phoenixes I'm sure I won't get to sick of you." Jora finally turned toward Orion just in time to see his lips moving mumbling something, she was too far away to actually hear him though. She did catch the last bit. 'She would be embarrassed.' Who's she? Jora wondered and not noticing at all she asked Orion "Who's 'she' and why would she be embarrassed?"

(A'ine's talking to Ember you said Jora by mistake :').) "Oh, how'd it happen? Well, the humans near Loch Ness don't know a thing about monsters. My dad was swimming early one morning and jumped out of the water for a bit. Some guy saw him and thought he was something worse." A'ine shrugged "It was some stupid misunderstanding. Any who that guy told some others and they formed a band to hunt and kill their new found monster. My dad thought it was nothing before they found us. After they found us they hurt my mom. To put it gentle, that poor fellow didn't make that mistake again." A'ine noticed how that must have sounded to Ember "Oh, I didn't mean my dad killed him. He just broke both of his arms..... and legs. After that we left Loch Ness and moved to a small sea cave off of Iceland." A'ine realized she was rambling, "Sorry about that. I hope I didn't bore the coral out of you." Oh, A'ine it's not just enough to make a fool out of yourself but you have to use those dumb terms A'eda'n helped you come up with?

Alderic looked at Corwin and noticed that his eyes glowed red. Uh, oh. Mouth you are too big and officially fired from breakfast! "Look Corwin I'm really sorry I even mentioned it. Okay I'll make you a deal, I'll try and make it were you get to try and beat me up during weaponry. Would that be satisfactory?" He asked looking toward Corwin.

Ilandere was very upset that she upset Keegan, "I'm sorry, Keegan. I just don't understand why you do not accept your past. I did not know others do not value having a past to look back among, so many take it for granted. It's one of the most important things to me." She turns hoping Keegan will change his mind and tell her why he wouldn't tell her before at least! "Please Keegan tell me I only wish to know. I will tell you all I know of my past, just please, I do not have a very large past, I like to hear the past of others."

Kala was shocked. Von was hugging her! She sort of froze and tensed up. "Okay that's good." She untangled herself from Von's hug, hoping beyond all hopes that her sisters didn't see it. She blushed a little, "So, Von, do you have any family to miss in Russia? My mother and father are all that's home my sisters are here at school." She looked around trying to find them, she saw Kaya "Over there's Kaya..... and I don't see Kali anywhere..... anywho they're my older sisters, meaning I'm the youngest." She tried smiling and succeeded a little.
