1: answer was 4

First clue: (4)

one of the numbers in my head has to do with the fact that my first 6th vis pet was the ___ 6th vis on the site

It's written on my profile, though you could do a search and figure it out (As long as your making sure the pets were bred)

second clue: I'm watching you

I watch you with my eyes: (2)

Third clue: In dark's stables you must go digging, the majority of her nephini hoard in is stable number ___

All you needed to do was click through till you found a page full of nephinis! (there are like... 3 or 4 pages full) (6)

(and bonus clue: The answer to the first clue you'll pass on your way to find the last)
