Walking into the cafe I realized the man had been right, at least 3/4ths of the people in the cafe were wearing white lab coats. looking around a few were eating or talking while the majority were collapsed on tabletops apparently sleeping, I walked to the counter and sat on one of the bar stools, there was a scientist next to me sipping a cup of coffee. "what can I get you" a waitress said turning from the register on the end of the counter to look at me, "um I don't know" I replied "what do you have?" she paused for a minute and then said "well we do have death" I blinked "um excuse me?" I stared at her inquisitively "is that some kind of specialty dish?" I stopped waiting for a response the waitress simply stared at me, some kind of blank expression crossing her face. suddenly there was a female voice behind me "you should really try it, its fun" I picked out a rush of air right after the sentence immediately recognizing the sound from hearing it for the last few years, I instinctively turned sideways on the stool and hunched my upper body over, my would-be killer's knife pinging hard off of the laminated surface of the counter, I threw my fist directly out and caught her right in the stomach pushing her back a foot or so allowing me to continue turning and follow through with a hook from my other hand which caught her right in the face.

I immediately drew my gun from its harness under my jacket flicking the safety off I pointed it at the now prone form lying on the floor "someone call the cops" I said. I waited, few seconds later and still absolutely no sound had been uttered in the room I glanced over to the tables. Everyone was wearing a white lab coat now and they were all staring at me "what? my hands are full, and I left my phone at home." still no response, although everyone suddenly stood up and turned to face me "she just wanted to let you join the rest of them." a male scientist said. I stood there gun still pointed at her body "what? who? who's the rest of them?" the guy had eyes that looked almost dead "the one's that didn't make it. The failures." I stared at him but before I could figure out what that meant everyone in the room took a step towards me. suddenly I was in complete and total shock, I didn't know why, but they wanted to kill me. The man spoke again "It looks like you don't want to go, pity, but we can help you through it." he said reaching behind his back and pulling out about a 6 inch cleaver, the rest of the group pulled out various bladed weapons. I pointed my gun in the mobs general direction "stay back, this thing is loaded." I said, they all in synchronization took a step towards me, I pointed my gun at the closest one's shin and fired, the bullet hit almost directly in the middle and the man collapsed instantly. I waited but there were no pained screams, instead he simply began crawling towards me. I immediately realized that I had to get out of here, I looked at the wall where the door was and froze, there was no door, just a smooth wall made of brick, the windows had been replaced too. I didn't know how they pulled that off but I realized that the only option I had was to fight for my life. I pulled the trigger again, the bullet smashing through the fallen man's skull killing him instantly, I focused on my next target pulling the trigger. I blinked ready to pull the trigger, when I opened my eyes however the caf had disappeared a forest replacing the once brick walls, although now mixed in with the scientists were huge wolves standing at their heels and snarling at me, the entire mob began to charge at me and...

My eyes slammed open I was staring at a white wall, was I dead? no, I heard my rapid breathing and last time I checked the dead never drew breath, I realized I was laying down, I sat bolt upright and looked around immediately relieved that I was in my room, in my bed. Let my head fall back down onto the pillows, that was all a dream then? I thought to myself, pretty realistic dream. The dream itself was rapidly slipping away from my memory, something about buying bread? I groaned as I realized that I now actually needed to get some bread, some fruit and butter sounded nice as well, I sighed, well time to start another day, I checked my clock, 6:30am, which meant I had around 30 minutes to use my 9mm in my basement range...

(Just so this is completely clear, the RP before this was all a dream and I'm back in my house at the beginning of the initial rp)
