Physical - Her looks are much the same(Freckles, dark brown eyes, etc), but in this form, she has small bat wings(Her left wing is slightly torn/damaged though): Picrew Reference

Outfit: She wears a pretty simple black dress and shoes(Either Mary Janes or boots for the shoe style). The dress would be similar to the one linked, but it wouldn't have to be the exact same(Such as the corset not needing to be included). You could change/simplify the design however you like.
